  1. I know that protein plays a huge part in building muscles that you are wanting.  So its going to be a personal decision that you make when choosing what you would like to do.

I have found a website that talks all about vegetarians that body build and what they eat.  I am including the link for it.

  2. NON VEGATARIAN. You need to eat red meat so you turn that into muscle. I know people that take meat pills to gain more muscle. You need that fat and protein.

  3. Vegetarians tend to be leaner and healthier, so I'd say vegetarian.

  4. It really doesn't matter, you can stay lean and build muscles on any balanced diet. Protein is protein if it comes form animal or plant. A plant based diet will be better for you in the long run since it doesn't include cholesterol, or all the growth hormones farm animals are injected with.

  5. It's truly up to you. If you feel drawn towards a vegetarian diet, it's completely possible to stay lean and build muscle w/o meat.

I'm a vegan. I go to the gym 6 times per week and lift heavy at least three of those days. My mucles are well-defined and I'm very healthy.

As long as you eat a good, balanced diet, you should be fine if you want to go veg.

  6. The leanest protein is found in whole grains, legumes and vegetables. You can be lean and muscular on either diet if planned properly.

  7. The choice is yours.  If you eat a balanced diet and you are mindful of variety and moderation when it comes to food you will be ok.  Truth be that if you over indulge in anything your body will synthesize it into storage matter....ie: fat.  Watch your calories, eat alot of brightly colored food, and add in some resistance training as well as cardio.  Recipe for success in your case.

  8. non-veg would be best for building muscles unless you took whey protein then I think veg would be feasible.

  9. Eat multiple type of food but make sure it is healthy food.

If your option to be vegetarian than eat more fruits and vegetables. else, you can eat meat or chicken but it cooks must be steamed.

  10. i would eat healthy food

  11. Yes stay veggie,as muscles can be built by exercises .

I can never get over that folk seem to think the only way to build muscles is to eat dead animals, its so not the case.

Some of the best athletes are veggies, and i know a boxer who is so muscle bound he should explode and he just works his Lil tush off to look that way.
