I want to stop reallove@yahoo groups.com to stop e-mailing me but don't know how to stop it.?

When you get an e-mail from them, click on 'Spam' instead of 'Delete'. It will block their e-mail address and you won't get another e-mail from them.

did you leave the group? if not:

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check small box - click save changes

if you already did leave the group, you'll have to wait for the server t catch up
