I want to study abroad after 10th.Which universities should i choose?

I am now in 9th grade in a cbse school.I want to go abroad for higher education.I am intrested in research,bio tech , engineering.I am aproaching singapore university 4 11th grade.r there any another universities?how should i prepare for the entrance exams?is HARVARD applicable?HELP IT IS MY FUTURE!!!!!!!

NC State as a great engineering school. They also have biomedical egineering. Also, you can study abroad.

I recommend Europe! École Polytechnique is one of the best in Europe for studies in science and engineering!
