I want to study abroad in France ( i speak french fluently but live in US)?

Ok so im in High School and i've always wanted to study abroad in a different country. I just dont know how to do that. should i go see my counselor or is there a foundation that might do somehting like that??? btw im 15.

You could start at the counselor´s office, or the foreign language teachers (French would be best, of course).  

Or you could start by searching "Study Abroad", and see what you find there.  

You need to decide whether you want to do this while in High School or College, and search programs accordingly.  

What programs are already working with your school?  You would find that at the guidance office.

by training i dont mean weight training. i mean like kyokushin karate fighters and wrestling. ive seen these kyokushin guys train like walking up stone stairs with their knuckles with someone holding their legs and they do like 20 second sets of getting hit in the body by someone and crazy stuff like that and im amazed at how hard these guys are. my friend is also a wrestler and he only weight lifts periodically and doesnt even take in a lot of protein yet hes pretty ripped and good shape. are these guys strong or just hard and high endurance? i just dont get how people get strong just from this stuff cuz theres no weight lifting involved (wrestlers dont lift weights in my school unless they do it on their own time) i just dont get it. does doing just this stuff make u strong
