I want to study from outside india.what all things i have to do?

I am doing B.tech from india.But want to do my post graduation from outside india.I dont knw the procedure.so please help me!!!

If u wish 2 do ur PG in AUS or in Europian countries., u hav 2 write IELTS and for US u should write TOFEL. 1st u should apply for the college u wish 2 join, then they 'll give u guidance for the future work. And for choosing de college, go 2 any study overseas office.
