I want to study in Alaska or...?

i want to study Environmental science in Alaska pacific university or any other universities which are located in the most cold places in the north hemisphere ( i have my reasons for that). could anybody tell me please how can i find out which one of these universities are good? can you tell me the name of some other universities in Finland or Canada or Greenland which offer programmes in English?
