I am now studing my B.E course in Mechanical and production eng, i want to settle in abroad only so can u prefer me the best country to study and settle??

Germany is a really industrialized and innovative country.  It's funny because in the 40s, Germany looked up to the ideas and inventions coming out of the U.S.  Now it is the complete opposite.  T-Mobile, the German cellular phone giant is giving cell phone providers a run for their money.  Siemens is another big name in telecommunications.  ThyssenKrupp is one of the world's biggest technology companies.    BMG is everywhere and owns such subcompanies as RCA and Arista.

In Germany, some people are just not suited for the liberal arts or academia and that is why they boast a very advanced network of technical/vocational schools that the U.S. seems to lack.  Germany is the future and now the U.S. and other countries, industrialized and third-world, are following its lead.
