I want to stuy at an australian uni and the GPA system is diff there. Any help?

I want to study in Brisbane. I live in The Netherlands and our GPA goes upto 4 as in most other countries. In Australia, their GPA goes upto 7 and i apparently need a 4.5 GPA to get accepted. Could anyone tell me what a 4.5 GPA is in terms of marks out of 10. Even better would be if someone could tell me what GPA that would b out of 4.
