Brazilian international, Kaka, has expressed that he has an incredible desire to succeed with Real Madrid and that he does not want to leave the Blancos.
The midfield maestro appears confident at the moment and is enjoying his stay at the Spanish club. He exclaimed that a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu is not on the cards and he is looking forward to play for the Blancos in the foreseeable future.
Kaka also stated that he shares a healthy relationship with Real’s head coach Jose Mourinho and that the two have no tension amongst themselves. He completely downplayed all reports and rumours suggesting that the two men were not in good terms.
The Brazilian attacking midfielder joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2009 from the Italian Serie A giants, AC Milan.
However, to the dismay of many footballing fans, the midfielder could not enjoy a good start with Los Blancos. Injury problems and lack of form constrained the player from making a good impact with the footballing juggernauts.
Kaka’s first two seasons with the club were no less than a nightmare for a player of his calibre. He rarely featured for Los Vikingos and was sidelined for much of the season.
So bad was Kaka’s run for Madrid that he was constantly linked to a move away from the Spanish capital; hence, there was a great amount of speculation regarding his future.
The midfielder still managed to make a remarkable comeback this season and impressed the footballing fans all around the world.
The former AC Milan star played a crucial part in Real’s 5-0 victory over Espanyol. Apart from scoring an excellent goal, he also provided Gonzalo Higuain with two valuable assists.
While talking to AS, the 29-year-old was quoted as saying:
"I want to stay here, absolutely. I am not going anywhere because I want to succeed at Madrid."
Kaka then went on to discuss his relationship with Jose Mourinho, stressing that the Portuguese mentor has faith in him.
"It is simply not true that [head coach Jose] Mourinho has no faith in me," he stated.
Despite facing competition from Mesut Ozil and Angel Di Maria for a spot in the starting line-up, Kaka has managed to make his mark on the Santiago Bernabeu-based outfit.
