you call sbc and cancel it..then call aol and activate your account. usually they don't ask why you canceled the first time and are coming back again because they want ur money. But i recommend using Verizon, it's fast and at a great price. If you can only chose between sbc and aol though, i'd stick with sbc. aol is the worst. you can get so much more viruses with aol because of how easy it is for people to hack. and aol's price is totally NOT worth it.
