Right click the address for that page above. Then click tools above that and enter inet options. Delete the current address in the homepage window and right click and paste the new one in there.

To make Yahoo! Mail your home page, go to Yahoo! Mail http://mail.yahoo.com/ , click Start > Control Panel > Internet Options (or on Internet Explorer toollbar click Tools > Internet Options) > on the General tab under home page click Use current > click Apply and OK.

On my pc you go to Tools, then Options, choose General at the top of the window, then Use Current Page
