  1. Buddy this is a very easy one to do if you have a computer all you do is type in att and click on the website and then look for the word contact us click on that website.Warning Do not give any kind of personal information when answering any questions,no bank account #'s no social security #'s etc, etc.Just stick to the basics and they will have a response for you and time and patience wins out.Don't bother calling them they are up to beyond their necks with customers being served with a miriad of questions. Hope I helped you out.

  2. tell them you want to cancel. there may be a small fee. then call att and tell them you canceled comcast and want their service att is very fast so they'll be hooking your cable or anything real quick like the next day or something

  3. Switching from Cable to DSL should be an easy task, but here are a few things to remember.

    * Canceling your internet may actually increase the price of your cable TV if you are on a packaged plan

    * DSL requires a landline, if you don't already have one this will be an extra fee

I would recommend ordering the new service and making sure it is installed before canceling the old service. This way, there will be no lapse in your internet access. Remember, you don't need to tell comcast you are switching to a new provider.

  4. How much is AT&T going to charge you?  I used to have AT&T and I wasn't too happy with them.  So a friend of mine recommended another company and they took care of everything and I saved a lot of money.  I didn't have to call anyone.  If you'd like their website, email me and I'd be happy to send it to you.

  5. call att and have them hook it up, cancel comcast at the same time

  6. you could call and ask your sevices provider now then call att and see how they can help you.
