when u go with these go-betweens u hv to pay them commission etc.  try this link - its direct to schools in fujian province in s.china.  

if u google chinese schools etc u will get another host of sites and all direct.  

i presume u maybe looking at china - country of the future with/out all its pitfall.  and the cost of living in smaller cities is cheap.  goodluck
