  1. freeze your juice or water bottle and keep it by the salad. Keep the salad in a zip top bag and the dressing separate then combine and enjoy!

  2. I have an insulated lunch bag and I just put an small ice pack in with it.

  3. Put the salad dressing in a separate container and add it at lunch.

  4. Try using a insulated plastic bag, these are light and reflective and not only it keeps your cold foods cold it keeps your hot foods hot you can easily find them at a super market.

You could just fit this nicely into your school bag but keep your salad in a tupperware container (I would keep any dressings off the salad until lunch, or it may go a bit slimy)

Or you could get an actual lunch bag made for this purpose; I have seen some that look like a purse on the market if you want something a bit more stylish.

I own two of these things!!  I'm in college and it makes it easier to eat healthy rather than dining hall food.  I just put one of these in my backpack, it also works for cold pasta salads (just put fat free italian in dispenser) and cold pasta in tuppeware.

I just use pre-made salads and put them in these and half the dressing packet in the dispenser.
