I want to take an Online Drivers Education Course in California, how old do you have to be? Know a good one?

I think you have to be around 14 to enroll in an online drivers education course. They are being offered by University of Nebraska at Kearney and certain other online institution. You can find a list of all these institutions at: http://www.onlineedublog.com/

First question....you have to be at least 14 years old.

Second question......My little sister took it at:

she really liked it. My sister called the lady at http://eliteteendriver.com/ and she told my sister to put the word JON in the coupon box on the home page and she would get 50% off and to tell all her friends to do the same...they all got the course for like $34 or $35 and it included FREE PRACTICE TESTS

My sister and all of her friends got their certificates in 1 or 2 days except..........one of her friends took her drivers education from a different place and never got her certificate so she had to take it over again and she took it at http://eliteteendriver.com/ and got her certificate right away.
