  1. Sandusky is served by two Amtrak trains, one of which goes to New York, and the other to Washington, DC.  From either point, there is frequent service to Philadelphia, where you can get a commuter train to Lindenwold.

Be aware that, unlike elsewhere in the world, there are no "express" and "local" trains when it comes to traveling between cities.  All such trains are operated by Amtrak, which, with few exceptions, stop at each Amtrak station along the route.  With that said, there aren't that many Amtrak stations once you get out of the metropolitan areas, so basically Amtrak only runs express trains.

Here's a link to the Amtrak website.  Look for trains from Sandusky to New York or Washington, DC and then to Philadelphia:

Here's a link to the PATCO commuter train that will take you from Philadelphia to Lindenwold:

  2. Both of the answers are correct, take my word for it. :)

  3. There are no trains that goes directly from Sandusky to Lindenwold.

You will have to transfer trains at least 2 times.

The most direct way of doing it would be Amtrak from Sandusky to Pittsburgh, transfer to another Amtrak train to take you from Pitts to Philadelphia, and then transfer in Philly to an NJ Transit train bound for Atlantic City (which stops at Lindenwold).

    Hope this helps.
