First of all, you will need to install Nokia PC Suite on your computer. You will find it inside the installation CD that came with your mobile phone. If you don't have one or didn't get one, go over to the link and download it for free from there:

Just find your mobile version and download it.

Next install it.

After installing it properly connect your mobile to the CPU using the usb port behind the CPU. Use the data cable that you must have received to connect both.

Next, when it is connected successfully, you will be able to see the mobile's storage in My Computer. Just browse through it and copy/paste your mp3 file there.

It will take a few seconds to transfer. After it has finished, disconnect it, and try it out on the mobile.

If you have a usb cable for your phone, all you have to do is plug it into the computer and and drag your music files to your phone files. Hope this helped.
