I want to take my 9 year old on a trip

we live in the st. louis area and I want to take my 9 year old on a trip somewhere that her and I would both have a good time.

We both enjoy cooking and working with food

we like taking pictures

if anyone has any suggestion on where we could go that would be fun and not to expensive that would be great

try taking her to pigeon forge tennesee it's a really fun place with 2 ripleys museums.

some where, where she can get invloved with other children together and parents, like a place where you can go boating and swim or anything where your away from city clutter , change the environment
