I want to take my son out of the creche he is in how but they brough in a new rule that you have to give them 10 weeks notice... I want to take him out this week... What do you think I should do?

creche?  you mean day care? what are the penalties to taking him out without giving notice?  if you don't mind them, take him out now.  you should be allowed to take him out whenever you want.

That's a stupid rule. It's probably just a way of them making more money, so you have to pay for 10 more weeks even if you take the child out early.

Take him out now, if that's what you want.
