Using only a roll of platic wrap, some elmer's glue and a piece of chewing gum....you must lay the plastic wrap all over the ground every where in the world...cover it with glue...put the gum in the middle....and wait....soon everyone will be caught in the glue...but only one person will have the gum(whoever got there first).....now you are free and everyone else is trapped in elmer's glue....do whatever you want....you may rule the world if you wish

You could only do this by being really bad and dictator-ish.  Good guys just can't please everyone in the world.

It is normal to want this (just ask Lex Luther lol) but really, I think it would be pretty hard.  however if you succeed and are looking for a deputy, give me a shout.
