I want to take pics from my computer and put them on a disk, what kind of CD do I need? ?

Can it be the same kind that I burn music to? Also, I obviously have never done this, so could you also please tell me how I do this? I have a TON of pics on my computer and would like to free up some space and also secure my photos, any info would be great!

you dont need a software. You can just drag them to the cd icon in my pictures or right click the folder and say cut and paste them into the cd. As long as you have a cd. If you have cd-rw youc an do this again and again but be aware when you re-write you delete everything off the disc

Use the same as you have been using to burn the music, the CD-RW kind. Burn as you would for the music files. With CD-RW (rewritable cds, you can always add more later. Since pictures may or may not be larger files, you may need more than 1 cd to store them all.
