I want to take recordings off my dvr and put them on my computer.?

Is there any way to do this without buying a dvd player that has dvr recording and putting them on cd's? Thanks for your answers.

It's really depends on the type of DVR your using if that DVR is capable.  I would ask your ISP for a manual or check your manual if you have purchased from a local store!
