For partying, I would probably say Jaco-- if you want to be near the ocean-- otherwise San Jose.

You can't go wrong in going to Quepos on the west coast of Costa Rica on the Pacific side.  It is a fantastic little fishing village with all sorts of amenities and tourist attractions along with fishing and scuba diving and it is only five minutes from Manual Antonio Nature Park and Beach which is world famous.

Lots of action at the Bars and Restaurants surrounding Manual Antonio!

You can fly to Quepos from San Jose on Sansa Air for only $98.00 round trip!  The trip takes all of about 29 minutes!

And the Great Western Kamuck Hotel there which is a first class hotel charges only $50.00 a night this time of year!

I will be there the last week in June and Love it!

And if you really want to PARTY you want to stay at the Hotel Del Rey downtown San Jose where you are greeted by some of the most beautiful women in the world asking you "Hey Baby! You want some company tonight"?
