I want to take up tennis as a hobby, what sort of stuff can i do to get in shape before i start?

  1. running and do jump-roping. do not do pushups, however. too much strain on the shoulders....


  2. Cycling,running or you could just practice tennis & drink plenty of water

  3. Tennis is all about quick bursts of speed and then stopping/stabilizing to hit the ball. So I would recommend sprints  and running/biking for basic endurance.

  4. Eat right, jog, "jumping jacks", lots of exercise, etc.. DONT SMOKE !!!
