I want to teach music to kids who will never get the chance to do it, i want to volunteer do it free, how?

I live in Houston, Tx.

I want to help people in need, i just dont know where to go or how to do it.

If anyone could help me find some sort of way to do this, everytime i look its like i have to pay to help and i just want something where i dont have to pay or anything i just want to do it. Eventually i want to open my own organization to help children stay off the streets.

Try organizations like the United Way that would be willing to work with you to get your organization started.  Or try volunteering at a school to help with their music program or non-profit organizations that support music programs.
