I want to teach my kids so step danceing?

I want to teach my kids steping( the kind the do on drill teams and in college) I use to do it a long time ago and have forgotten the steps is there anyplace on the web or any videos that will teach me the basic steps again? I

Hey Dude U can find anything on the web. Why would ya want to teach them somethin' so boring and stiff.  Why not teach them real step like off STOMP THE YARD!?
