  1. At a hotel? Be careful with that one, YOU throwing HER/HIM a party at a hotel usually means that YOU'LL be the one paying for it. They can get sorta pricey!

Perhaps if you invite a lot of people (maybe 5 or 6 others), you can all pitch in $20 or something and pay for the room together.

Anyway, call up the hotel and ask them if they have any rooms available. Tell them up hand that it will be for a birthday and there will be a lot of kids there, that way they know to give you a room where you won't be disturbing anybody.

Set up the day and make sure you have the money to pay for it.

Give out the invitations to the kids and make sure they all know what hotel it's at.

    Then tell your friend like,

"Hey, do you wanna hang out on.....? Just you and me, let's have a sleepover at.....!"

That way she doesn't expect there to be other people [:

When you get there, just play games, chat, bring an ipod and plug it in so you have tunes, watch movies, the usual [:

If I were you though, it's easier to throw a surprise party at someone's house, plus it's cheaper. The person won't expect it to be a surprise party either. [:

  2. maybe try getting some of your other friends involved in planning it, preferably ppl that are close to your friend.

message/email me if you have any questions or need any more help because i've thrown a surprise bday party & going away party for my friends before but it's a lot to write down lol :P

  3. 3 simple steps: call hotel, send invitations, act like u no nothing and tell ur friend its sumone elses party. she wont expect its hers
