  1. Well who doesn't! lol I was in the same position as you a few months ago, I worked out 4 days a week with MAJOR cardio and wasnt seeing much of a difference.

    A trainer I know told me that my metabolism was probably pretty slow, so he recommended that I use a diet product to help speed it up. I personally used Acai Berry 500 and GLAD I DID! Pounds started dropping much master after that and now, what do you know I'm finally comfortable with my own body lol.
