Im a 17 Year old boy who likes to do physical activities but has little motivation. Does anybody know of anything I can do to tone up my chest area e.g pectorals and also tone up my stomach?I do not have any exercise equipment apart from a swiss ball. I play rugby so am reasonably fit but now rugby has finished and i want to stay in shape and keep fit over summer.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Yoga, gyms and pilates is not an option.
