Hey,

I have some flab around my hips and thighs and it seems like when I'm exercising I don't see any results at all. Do anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to tone up my thighs and hips? You're answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  1. thigh master is really good. there are generic ones now. a bike also works well. also it may be cellulite. for that you need to "massage the fatty tissue" there are a lot of creams and they seem to work but it's your action (rub on 2x a day for 20min. each time) not the cream. use nothing, lotion, or baby oil. (I prefer nothing, to using any product and I do it whenever I can, like butt clinches and kegel exercises.)

  2. Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.  Even if you can't get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house.  A couple of the links I've included explain how.  Invest in a good weight training book for beginners.  The Dummies series has one which is quite good, Weight Training for Dummies.
