Once your transfer papers are into the college that you'll be attending, take a trip down the financial aid office and talk with financial aid counselor about the proper forms you may need to fill out so that you can start receiving financial aid when you start your next term.

Yes, your financial aid will be transferred over with you to the new school. All you have to do is going to the Fin Aid office in your new college and tell them to file everything over.
