i have video dvd recorder combie , just bung in the tape press copy and away it goes think they are about £100

nope, you are S.O.L. The video tape went extinct with the dinosaurs last thursday when your were gorging yourself on burritos and broken glass.

Major stores have stopped selling them, but you could probably still get one from a small independent shop, or maybe, Freecycle.
