I want to travel for baseball but my mom doesnt?

ok so im on a AAU baseball team thats a 12 and under team my coach wanted to go to hershey park in Pennsylvanian(which isnt that far away i live in orange county NY) and my mom was against it. now my coach wants to take the team down to Puerto Rico for a some games and for a vacation how to i approach my mom to get her to at least consider it
