  1. yeah go to holyhead, then get the bus

  2. If you can get to Larne (served by rail) the ferry will take you to Fleetwood a short distance north of Blackpool (the end of the tram line). Check out Stena Line

For prices you could also try aferry bookers at www.aferry.to/fleetwood-ferry

Or try P&O from Dublin to Liverpool

Holyhead is a long way fropm Blackpoool and not a good option.

If you are OK flying you will not be thyan Air offer Dublin to Blackpool 0.01 euro plus tax!!

  3. if you get ferry to Liverpool there is a national express coach that takes you straight  thru from there and they are dead cheap. good luck

  4. All boils down to one thing, budget.Myself,I would fly to Manchester to take in some shopping before a short 1 hour train to Blackpool.

  5. Check if Ryanair fly from Dublin to Blackpool airport. They definitely fly to Liverpool, which isn't that far. It could be cheaper than ferry.
