Question:

I want to try tea,,,

Okay so I've never had tea, but I have the sudden urge to try it. What is a good brand and flavor of tea? Note I just want to be able to get it at a grocery store or something.

  1. My fave is Constant Comment.  Earl Grey is yummy too, but Constant Comment is probably a better one to start with if you're not sure/never had it.  I like to add just a tiny bit of honey to my hot tea too.  Yummy!

      Oh, and contrary to what someone else said, tea is actually VERY healthy.  Especially green tea.  It's LOADED with antioxidants.

      Price depends on where you live,  what brand you're buying,  if it's on sale, etc.   You can probably pick up a box for between 2 and 4 bucks.

  4. Tea stains your teeth.  Drink water, it's free.

  5. tetley is my favorite its really good its easy 2 make and its yummy!!! i dont have it every morning cuz its not healthy but i have it like 3 times a week!!! u can get it anywhere really....anywhere where they sell food!!  

  6. The best type of tea brand is PG Tips. It is a traditional british tea. It is very lovely with some milk and a tea spoon of sugar. The lovely thing about PG Tips is that is a little more stronger in taste other than the packaged tea brands. It costs $4.00 per package, but it is truly a lovely type of tea! Enjoy!

  7. celestial seasonings is a good brand.  Try a sampler if they have them.  That way, you can try several types at a small cost.

    the main types of tea are black tea, oolong tea, and green tea. You'll also see white tea which is usually flavored with something fruity.

    usually teabags go for 2 dollars for about 20 of them.

  9. Tetley tastes very bad in my books.  Try an Earl Grey tea by Celestial Seasonings or something Twinings.  It is mild, so if you like that, then you might like other kinds of tea.

  10. Constant Comment (flavored with orange rinds & sweet spice) from Bigelow is my all-time favorite tea.  Great hot or iced.  :)

    Just about every grocery store carries it.  Should be in the same aisle as the coffee.
