  1. Don't go mia. It actually doesn't help you lose weight very well and it has soo many damaging effects. my suggestion is watch your calories and exercise. It really works.

  2. Bulimia will not help you to lose weight. Most of the bulimics I know/knew actually gained a ton of weight instead of losing it and one had to have throat surgery due to the acid eating away her esophagus. I advise not to do this. If you think you're fat, talk to your mom about it, or an aunt you can trust with keeping a secret. You're probably not fat, you probably have a little meat on you which honestly, after guys sit down and think about it, is more attractive than a skinny girl. Besides, the skinnier you are, the more health problem you have and you'll get cold faster, and won't be able to have as much fun. You're teeth will rot faster than you think as well.

  3. 90% of bulemics are either still fat or not thin. Its not an effective form of fat loss.

My sister developed heart problems, had holes in her throat and eventually died at age 28 from bulemia.

  4. At your young age you need plenty of animal protein for (height) growth so the Atkins diet would probably be ideal for you.  It has a high success rate and you can get a whole book on it from Health Stores with plans and schedules.

You can eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, etc and non-starchy carbohydrates such as fruit and most vegetables but not starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, lentils, nuts and a few others.
