  1. wear glasses plus the goggles

  2. well i am sure you could probably go to a sports place and get some kind of glasses for water skiing but it will probably cost a good bit

  3. I agree with above poster or get those straps that hold your glasses on real tight (go around your head) and make sure to have them hooked to something you won't lose if you fall overboard too ;) Have fun.

  4. I wear contacts for all water sports.  Wakeboarding, surfing, swimming, windsurfing and scuba diving.  It is the only time I really wear my contacts.  It provides the freedom without the worrying about losing your glasses or goggles during a wipe out.  I do on occasion ride without any vision enhancement and have to say contacts are really the way to go.  I wear the disposable type and always have extra pairs in my boat in case I lose one during a bad spill.  It is worth it to be able to see my landing when I wakeboard, else I am landing blind.  I've taken some pretty good spills and I don't think prescription goggles would survive a violent crash.  Try contacts if you can, you will enjoy your time on the water more, I guarantee.  Get out on the water, whatever the sport.

  5. $30 gets you a nice pair of prescription swim goggles.  http://www.aclens.com/da.asp?ID=8113

    You could also try contacts.
