Hi,

Can you tell me how I can get my work into exhibitions and prehaps sell some? I am a student and have always had an interest in photography since I began modeling, I have done quite alot of shoots of all kinds of stuff, how do I 'Get it out there' - I am told my work is very good.

Thanks for you help!

  1. Why dont you start by putting some of your photos on a website, or even begin your own website, see how much interest you get from that. Maybe try going into some art shops or shops that display photography and see what they think, ask them if they could tell you the best way of getting yourself out there, also find out about local exhibitions and try exhibit your work. Good luck!

  2. You might have to wait until you’re 18 and then join some art organization in your area. In order to be considered professional most have to be an adult. But don’t let that discourage or stop you. Keep taking photos and keep learning more about the business.

  3. take classes in marketing and advertising. what you want is not a simple answer. you need to educate yourself about how to sell your work to others.
