for google..

you have to login with your gmail credentials..

then click on accounts

then click on picasa web albums.. or else you can directly use the url  http://www.web.picasa.com

then login using your gmail credentials.. then create a album and upload..

simillar to yahoo.. you can load your pics in yahoo photos..

open the site www.yahoo.com... then login and then to the left side of the home page you have the photos.. click on it.. create a album and upload..
