I want to upload pictures on a website.it accepts only jpg,jpeg,png&gif formats.but i have only bitmap ?

(continued)format.i actually draw pics on 'paint' and then try to upload it..is there any way to convert from bitmap format to the other mentioned formats.or is there any other solution to my problem

go to save as option

change the format to jpeg in file type and then upload it

There's a very useful piece of software called MWSnap than let's you take any picture on your screen and save in many different formats.
