  1. Those are audio-out connectors. TV's, generally, do not have video-out. Your capture card most likely came with input connectors - probably a yellow rca connector for video or maybe an s-video. You would normally plug a vcr, dvd player, camcorder, or cable box through these. To capture analog cable tv, your capture card has to have a co-axle input, which is what you would have to plug the cable tv wire to. Another word, the video input would not be coming from your TV.

  2. Maybe Your TV's output is not stereo and it's mono. So one of them is the video out put and the other is the Sound output.

Or maybe they didn't put the Video output close to audio outputs, so what you gotta do, is to find the video output in rear panel.

    Hope it helps.

  3. The white and red RCA outputs are for audio.  If there is a video RCA output it would be yellow.  Go to Samsung's website and look at the spec's for your tv.  It will state if there is an output for video (There should be)

  4. wht do u mean?? please give a few more details

as far as i know i think those 2 would provide for the video and not the audio , if tht helps
