I want to use manuka honey for infection and wounds please help me figure out a brand to get?

There seems to be so many brands I wonder if they have the same healing capabilities I would prefer something organic and under fifty dollars with shipping. I live in the USA. I don't know what umf is or any of that I just want something that can heal well

Activon is a good brand of manuka honey not sure if it is available in the USA though but at least it's a start
