I want to visit usa through Gremany?

i ve been to USA twice as it si difficult to get visa from my country i would like to first go to germany and from there apply

to us embassy, Does it really increase my chance of getting visa?

depends on what Nationality you are and if you have the chance to get German Visa! cause if you do not have a German residency visa for at least six months US embassy is will not give  you a visa

you must do that from you home country.
