I want to watche gossip girl .and i live in europe?

you have to live in us so you could be able to watche them at cwtv.com

.i live in europe and i cant find a way to find the latest episode.HELP(youtube does not have then full)

If you can't find that at youtube (which deletes everything nowadays...grrr...) try looking at veoh, myspace, livevideo, and other video hosting sites.

You could also try going to tv.com and going to the gossip girl section.  Click on the 'forums' tab for Gossip Girl and ask the fans there where you can watch the show online.  They are bound to know.
