British culture is attractive to me that I want to work about it in UK,Many information say it is impossible to for a Aslan to find work in UK, So could I need to be a postgraduate in UK universities? But the cost is terrible for international student.

  1. Of course it is not impossible, unless you cannot get a work permit/visa.

Mold engineer is pretty specialised and so your opportunites will probably be limited. Mold design work normally come under the role of a mechanical engineer, so that the role can be more general and therefore more versatile for the organisation.

You do not need to do any post-grad studies to get a job, but you may want to to progress your career...but I would leave that for now as it is very expensive for a non-UK citizen to study there and you could well still not end up with a job at the end of it.

My recommendation first of all would be to get some general work experience in Taiwan, Singapore, China or everythere. Try to make it general experience (not too specialised) and if possible, do it with a big well known organisation. This will both look good on your CV and you may make contacts which would make a move easier. You need to try and get a job, before you even consider moving and make sure the company helps you out with the visa/work permit.

By the way, I may also suggest that continually improving your English (written and spoken) would probably not harm your chances.

Hope this helps you out a bit.
