I want to work at Old Navy in Canada but I can't apply online, how come?

I went on http://www.gapinc.com/storejobs and tried to apply at an Old Navy near my area but the store wasn't listed in the online system so i can't apply. it says:

[Old Navy does not accept paper applications]

but then at the bottom it also says:

[You may also download one of the store application PDFs below, then complete the information and bring it to the store.]

how do i apply?

you apply online there is an option to do it all electronically. but let me just give you some advice. Old Navy is pathetic. the entire gap, inc is pathetic. i worked for Old Navy for a year and a half. they pay is horrible and you get a quarter raise every year if you do an awsome job. work somewhere else. youll regret old navy. trust me
