I want to work at a airport. How do I apply?

I would like to work at Vancouver International Airport. as a baggage person, or maybe a ground person that helps with the planes, I'm not sure what there called. How do I apply to those jobs. I've been wanting to work at an airport for a very long time, so if you have any information please answer.
