  1. "If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate."

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

has some good information on how to search recruitment websites for work at home positions.

  2. The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public website.

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

  3. We might be able to help each other.

I am always looking for people to help me in my home business. If you have email, this will be easy for you.

I pay $250 for every person that successfully replies to the emails you send (written by me).

There is no fee or start up costs involved on your part.

I don't want your money, I just want your time.

It will probably be the easiest money you'll ever make!

  4. You can find work at home jobs at Virtual Job Connection. Most of the jobs listed do not ask for any fees!

  5. You may also write good articles and either sell them cheaply at the warriorforum or submit them to article directories and use them to sell clickbank products.

The first option above is probably the fastest method and requires only that you have a paypal account.  You may link that to a credit card, credit union, or bank account if you are in the US or other preferred countries.  There is no cost to join the forum.

If you choose the latter, you will have a longer wait, but it can be very lucrative.  I speak from experience here.  You may check out some of my 50+ articles which send me  lots of visitors.   You will notice that some of these articles direct traffic to either my blog (free to set up) or to my squidoo lens, which are also free to set up.

    All the best to you.
