I want to work on a cargo ship but I have juvenile arthritis (I'm currently 18).?

I still consider myself work worthy though, but would this by itself make me fail a seaman's medical? If so are there any paths I can take through the shipping industry where it won't matter?

Try working in the office part. If your arthritus doesn't afect your typing then you will be fine.
