Can someone tell me the best "No Bull" way to make this happen.

I have searched all over the internet and all I find are people wanting to sell me books on how to do this, And then I find sites that say thes books are ripoffs. I'm willing to do d**n near anything! I just need to know what to do. I don't want to get ripped pff trying to chase a dream!!
